Annual Credit Report Alert

Unable to get credit report – consistently refused credit?
Hello. Recently turned 18 (In the last month) and I started asking for credit card to build my credit. For some reason, I kept getting denied because of "insufficient credit history." I decided to check my credit with the annual report and credit do not let me see my credit report because the fraud alert information, freezing or identity is not right … I recently moved house (last year) and I'm in a new database (I'm Air Force.) For some reason I can not simply loans, credit cards or even see my credit report now! Is there anyone who can contact to get this rectified? I even applied for Beginners CapitalOne credit card but I refused. Is there someone or something that can help me understand why I can not access my account or obtain credit any type of loan? Thanks,
If you were recently declined, it said in the letter that you are entitled to one free report and explain why denied. It is always better not to go online for credit reports. The will contact you and ask you for additional information if necessary, such as a driver's license, original invoice, SS #, etc, at the time, letting you know what happens. Until straigt that, I just want to go unnoticed, and not more credit cards. You can also find a credit card secured not build because you have no credit.
