Annual Credit Report Dispute Online
2010
Is it possible to have items deleted from your credit card? What are good ways to rebuild damaged credit?
Is Three years ago I broke a bone and, like, smart guy that I am responsible, I destroyed a lot of hospital bills that have neglected to pay. I thought had finally paid off everything until the other day, I was going through old papers and found a bill for $ 558. I do not remember to pay it, so I'm online and check my free annual credit report state that has been written in the report, but not Experian.com Equifax.com. It's been three negative items on my credit file which is a payment, the other challenge is .. (Never name your child after you, it's just bad) Basically what I'm saying is I'm older now and trying to rebuild my credit and this is just another indictment against me. I paid immediately, but will hurt my credit still lacking. Is it possible to remove the point of my report, if I ask very well, or something? I had a very difficult building credit because I did not get credit for. Suggestions?
The best way to solve an old debt on your credit file is to compare the information in the agency information that refutes the charge of ill repute on your credit. If you visit the Experian website and access via an account that already has, but you can set up free, you can report it and the challenge of the post. Be prepared to be persistent. If you dispute a ticket, the agency will use its usual array of information sources to confirm or deny the debt without any evidence on your part. If you have proof of payment, you may need to send error by fax or mail. Ultimately, we get the word "modified" to indicate the debt is satisfied, but not going away. If the debt has become a trial, the debt appears for ten years. If the debt is "paid well" may not be able to delete those entries. But if you're tenacious, and I mean very persistent, you can get the mark removed. David O'Connell, O'Connell & Associates San Diego
