Kentucky and I am a Catholic and I think this statement should not have been part of the law. I think if you are a true believer, then you do not need a legislation to know / remember God. The separation of church and state is a cornerstone of our democracy. I agree with the view that these statements must be removed of the law. However, part of the lawsuit seeks monetary damages for mental problems is an illustration of how frivolous lawsuits have become. On the other hand, calling people with fanatical beliefs, traitors or idiots, to offer Christians who agree with atheists to keep church and state separate.
