Credit cards are lost because the bill does not get the credit card, "I can have the opportunity to retify?
I made a Credit card application while shopping at Sears. My purchase will be charged on this card. But the company has entered my address wrong on your system. I said the card was sent to me in two weeks. I do not reference the account number. What has passed in October 2007. In reviewing my credit report annual I noticed, the card is active and had $ 250 for the Sear-Citi card for 30 days. I was surprised because I never received a bill from them. Called customer service to verify what happened, they have allowed in my file to the wrong address on your system. I paid the outstanding balance over the phone. Now I have the opportunity to get rid of that record's failure to pay within the credit report. I think I was a victim of incorrect data entry, Please advice.
Call the card issuer, you can update the record with the credit bureau, or you can dispute the credit bureau. I now have the right direction and, given the time payments are positive about the report.
