If I sue, I can get a copy of my credit report for free?
I already I have my free annual credit file, so no work, and because of my bad credit does not even have a checking account or a credit card to pay for it.
You have no right to obtain a consumer report credit if you are sued. I do not really mind the inscription on credit, refused to go get and benefit from a report. Why take the knocks negative about it? Consider the possibility of signing one of those "free" services such as credit report must cancel http://www.freecreditreport.com within the first 30 days. Another option is to file a complaint against the report. By law, once it has been "considered" must provide an updated report. My question is why you are in need to get a report so soon?
