Why is my report from Equifax credit account frozen?
I recently requested my Equifax credit report free annual and do not send me because my mind seems to be frozen. Why is this if I did not freeze and how I can unlock it? Does this mean that someone tried to steal my identity? I tried calling, but the number they have is fully automated. Can someone please help me understand what is happening? Thanks.
