How I can report delinquent customers to credit bureaus?
I do billing for a provider of therapy practice unique. We have several clients who are terribly delinquent (as more than 6 months) for the amounts of money very important. I like my employer is money that is based on salary. Due to the nature of the work is done, you can claim unpaid fees as a loss on your taxes and take customers to court has been difficult and expensive many simply drop a lawsuit for negligence as a form of the head. My question is .. Can we report these patients to the credit bureaus? I just want whether it is possible Small private firms to do and how. Information privacy and compliance questions that I can learn from other sources. Thanks!
Yes, you may have to join the credit bureau, then you can report each and every one, and also honor the checks for you
