Question about bad credit and renting an apartment?
My wife and I are the last 90 news alerts from the credit report ours, I work with creditors and plans are underway to obtain, but can not erase bad grades. This made our credit rating fall to about of 565 to me 568 for my wife. We have to go in 6 weeks b / c we can not take life in our little apt. Put them together, make 88k a year and hope apartments in the range of $ 1200 per month can not do better where we live. No bankruptcy, no default, just the latter are difficult times being rectified. We are currently rented for 725 per MNTH and have been here for over 3 years with some problems that were behind twice, but nothing how close we are expelled. Are we doomed to live forever in our current apt? Now they can afford to spend more and pay 1200 per month. If the owners are not willing to comply with credit problems? T score of less than 600 credit to our movement impossible. I'm looking at the site beginning today and will face to credit checks. Any help is appreciated.
As owner, I appreciate your honesty, as you said here. While I knew it would be the square-n-up me, do not take into account credit for the time being until I have reason to think twice. It is then for you to keep your word and be good to pay rent on time.
