How do credit checks for tenants?
Hi all, I am trying to rent my house and I did some online reading. Most of them say that the credit check is one of the most important things you should do the tenant. But the question is, how I can do? Many suggest to charge non-refundable fee of $ 25 – $ 50 from them and use that money to pay for a tenant credit report. But I feel bad if I paid the money, but refuse if you do not want to hire them. I wonder if I can ask to show me your credit report because most of them should have while they are looking for a house hire? or other means? Thanks.
You will have to deal with people who have no idea what a credit report or have it checked before -. honestly statistics (especially for young people) are quite Amazin ask. No credit review. If given a copy of their reports – is likely to get many Empty stares -. Those who know know that for some reason – probably wrong. Credit to pay $ 50 for it, but. ask them first if you have good credit bankruptcies, foreclosures, etc. This way, you can convert them before loading -. If you find that you deserve to charge money. that /
