How and what is needed for a landlord to check on a credit report on prospective tenants?
You must have permission monitoring of credit reports of another person. Approval comes to those covered by federal and state laws. Most owners can not obtain another report credit without your written permission. Ask the tenant if he / she must sign an authorization, you must be prepared in advance.
