Prosecution against a court? (United Kingdom)?
How / Is it possible to prosecute in court. Given that the courts are essentially a length of nonprofit corporations as evidenced by being registered as such in Dunn & Bradstreet (If you can get a report from D & B credit for a company). If you have or if you have a common law case on the court in question (in this case is a court of first instance), where you can make that case. Any ideas on this would be appreciated. If they have acted against the law can a High Court of the right things right? Yes, in this case, the court has not acted illegal, but illegally and have violated the English common law
Rickinnocal good response. If you believe that the court owes money or has breached a contract with you, HMCS you can sue. The more information you have given since then, I guess that is not the case and what you really want to do is to appeal against a decision of the court, because I think it has applied the law correctly. An appeal against the decision of the Magistrates Court are normally heard in the Crown Court, although it depends on the circumstances. You must obtain permission to appeal the Magistrate's Court before proceeding.
