This letter is in contact with regard to my consumer credit accounts -01 and -02. I recently reviewed my credit report because I'm in the market to buy my first home in Lexington Park, Maryland, and I noticed some troubling data. It appears that your company reported on my numerous occations to be 30 days late on each loan account. This information is false, and that his company is in violation direct the Fair Credit Reporting Act The reason why these accounts are reported later, based on customer service, is it time for me for a period of one month's grace, because my mother died in September 2004, and had to pay for the funeral service. My father died a few months later, in February 2005. I notified all my creditors and told them the situation and made a payment plan.
