Consumer Credit Reports Law
2010

We have a car 3 years ago with a loan of consumer credit.?
My husband had an accident in our Kia Sportage 3 and who have responsibility. Our credit company discovered that we had in the car and need full coverage on the car. She called our insurance company check and see if that is what we had and sent us a letter a few days. Stateing if we have proof of full coverage in 10 days will be added through them. He called and reported the wreck and the lady said they do not add the assurance of existence because the owner of the comany said do not worry so. I was wondering is the case for trial, or think we should do.
I read your loan contract. If it is there that you need, then fullcoverage have. Believe me, it will be much cheaper if you get on your own you have the loan company you get it.
