Is it legal for a collection agency debt for opening my credit report without my consent?
In trying to settle a debt with an agency collection, which was transferred to a supervisor and I started giving details about my credit experience. I told him I have not received my permission to check my credit report. He further stated that collection agencies have the right to try to collect a debt. I have all your data and I said to him through a letter. He said the call Registered? Is it right? Otherwise, what I can do about it?
