if in 2001 I bought a car from 2003 Chapter 13 bankruptcy by car repo'd no payment but returned in the 2006 bankruptcy and the bankruptcy was dismissed repo'd new car (I was a stupid child) is now 2008 … 7 years after the day I bought the car, but since I was in a bankrupcty which was rejected 2 years ago ….( car loan but not on my credit report in case of bankruptcy) how long will be on my credit report?
It is reported for 7 years and is marked with its bankruptcy. But (and I research) I wonder if it could put a new post to show was repo'd in 2006, and could remain in office until 2013. Once the BK was denied the loan becomes active, and the temporary assignment is the last of the crimes. Just hope you do not go and report this time.
