Why two creditors still shows the credit?

Creditors in 1993 included two showing personal bankruptcy and closed in early 2009 in my report, with an added note of "Chapter 7 bankruptcy" and an estimated date of the removal element 7 my record. Is it this an error from the office or the creditor? If this contest?
