How do I report abuse of an e-mailer using my name and credit card?

Someone is using my name on yahoo e-mail to confirm purchases they made with my cc. One company was willing to give me the e-mail address and I need this address blocked as it is attached to my name. I will probably never find out who it is but I sure can try to block all of this. It has been quite a chore to get this resolved. Thanks for any help you can give me.
