Over-limit credit card is considered by default?
I SOL as a defense and research attention that the date of last payment or last used the card is the beginning of SOL. In my Equifax credit report, clearly indicating the date of my last payment was 5000-2000. I was presented with evidence showing that activity beyond that point. Why the last payment date is not accurate? This really should not be recommended for a defense if not 100 percent accurate? Moreover, in reviewing the documents, I see that both before and during the additional period of activity, which is to exceed the limit of my card, and stayed that way. In another question, someone said the following: (quote) "If you pass the time limit has made the last payment having a larger story that not only was the date of last activity, but been in default of its credit card agreement for some time before "Is Actually, I was to blame, when my first album exceeded my limits?
Yes, you are in arrears you exceed your credit limit on the card. In Example if you go negative in your current account and not returning, which would become the control systems and report to credit agencies as a delinquent account. The same applies here.
