I think I was deceived from my house …… Only lawyers please?
My husband and I were facing a crisis with our divroce and consultation with a company that has helped them cope with their own existing loans. I decided I will help you with this company. I signed a quitclaim deed and the company My husband and I cut a check for $ 1.000 each. We said that the remaining documents will be mailed to me. It never was. I'm considering buying another house and shot my portfolio credit. I learned that this house was sold and the mortgage is still in my name. it does now, They attach their home for a samll amount and try to re-assign the contract to 10k 20k to do something if not can sell, it becomes a new problem
