If a company checks your credit report to give you credit, you must inform the credit bureaus?
Try to improve my credit and that if a credit monitoring company to adopt some form of credit (eg telecommunications approve cell phone service), then if asked, they have to govern their payments on their credit reports. I do not know how it works … If any of you know, it would be very useful! Thanks.
There is no law or the requirement that a company should inform the credit reporting agencies. However, they are bound by the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act), if they report what they report must be correct. The twist is that if you do not pay your cell phone bill and handed it over to collections, they will realize down its report.
