present a chapter 13 in 2005, changed his mind and pay our creditors are going to do now? 540 credit?
The report shows the "rejected", but also shows some debts that Chapter 13, which is not the case. Do I need a lawyer to clean ourselves? Thanks for any advice.
Have you written to the three credit reporting agencies requesting a change in his report to clarify? This might help. You really no need to go to a lawyer for that. Do you have records of the court where the case was dismissed at all costs? Send a copy of any document with their cards to facilitate adjustments * Non-original). Note: This does not take place overnight, but again in about 2 or 3 months for accuracy.
