small claims action against a collection agency?
Here is my question. I have done much research on the agencies I have a problem charging for one now. I discovered a collection agency on my credit report on a debt that I do not mine. I wrote to the contestants debt and called on all forms of validation clairify really mine. He refused to answer. 1) The recovery agency has refused to release the debt issue on my credit report is a violation 2) refuse to answer any of my four letters requesting any form of validation that shows its mine and not someone else. If I continue and win, the big thing, (I'll have to hire a collection agency and get charged) A court victory enough to also have this deleted my credit report? Because ultimately, that's all I really want. If not, how can you find it off will not respond? Help anyone?
I personally went to a collection agency hung my credit. What you should do is send a letter (if they say they use a PO box, then get corp address) send a letter stating its intentions and to do so (give them 10 days) if they meet niot continue the judicial process. Note you must complete the documents that the company is located. What I did was to sue for damages to my credit, my lodging, airfare, time and effort (I used one hour 10.00) and anything else remotely connected. I asked the 5K, which did not show and won a ruling by the amount, because they now have a Judgement in against it is difficult for them to get insurance, etc, and that appears in the database for a better deal, which also featured a lien against the company.
