Chrysler Financial not reporting payments to me (collateral). What I can do?
The car is me and my daughters old name. It is the first and I am the co-signer. His credit was better than mine and she had a story a good job and I do not know how I became a co-signers. But anyway I paid on time for a year and are just reporting it. I called it and said something about Illinois law says that the report can do for me. I'm trying to reach a score of 650 to 633 and I am, I think I put there. Is this what I can do to get the full story of these payments in my report? About especially since I do all my payments and name is on it. Or do I SOL?
This is the power of a line of b / s, because they will not solve! I would call their customer service phone # and ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. Explain your situation and tell them you want to appear your credit report. If you are still shaking, call the credit companies, Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Tell them you have an account with Chrysler and want this in their credit report. They, in turn, sent a letter to Chrysler, which does not dispute and within 30 days, to be published in office. What happens is unlikely to enter social security number and therefore not shown. COMAR or signatory, never mind, there is no such thing as a guarantee at the time of secured debt. Both are equally responsible.
