My mortgage lender has been asked to write a letter explaining some negatives on my credit report .. Help?
The only items negative I have on my credit card are medical expenses that my wife and son when he was acummulated without health insurance. Fortunately we now have health insurance. I told my mortgage lender and ask me to write a letter of explanation. Since I want the letter to be "perfect" and complete the lender wants, I can say a letter in the network model or suggest ideas?
It is not really perfect, only a letter from the truth. Explain to the lender at the time his wife and his son was ill and had to be under the care of doctors were unable to pay the debts accumulated because you do not have medical insurance, or were you covered by an HMO.
