I find it very difficult to accept that these rating agencies credit are now an eye on me and my actions, but I can get a copy of my credit report once a year for free, or if I have been denied credit. Did not should the relevant information, as it will be as accessible as something like my bank account?! With things like identity theft out there, and the amount of time it takes to solve a problem, would not make sense to always access your own information?! While I partly agree that we must understand that credit bureaus are businesses like any other business in this country and have been in business for a reason and is to obtain a profit. Your information is available 24 / 7 whether to join a credit monitoring service they are there. No, they are not free because they are also companies.
