For owners only? Credit scores?
My boyfriend and I are trying to rent a house. He has excellent credit mine is right. The owner requested a credit report, but want to check later in the mine due to a credit card with "derogatory" comments. (This debt has been paid). Do you (if) always to rent to us?
Every owner is different, but it would be a concern for me, especially if your friend is also signing the lease.
