Can collection agencies that report to all three credit bureaus at different times.?
I recently sent a letter of good will to a collection agency (Van Ru Credit Corp.) and the original creditor (Edison) to have a paid collection deleted all 3 of my credit report. I had a research (Experian) of the collection agency, then a few days of counting the collection was removed from the first of my reports (Experian again). Is it possible Van Ru Credit Corp. will terminate the accounts of two reports from other credit institutions (TransUnion and Equifax) soon?
Yes, there is a possibility, but I do not I think. You can, but it is certainly about them. If you challenge a person or a credit repair agency that is supposed to come back to you and give you an answer within 30-45 days, I think, or withdrawal of this information outside the credit report. So basically need to put in doubt in the other two agencies.
