If profiling outlawed at least in some states?
I mean by profiles from data collected by agencies assessing and credit reports consumer organizations to determine the character of a person, there are many other ways to create a profile as the "myspace." If people can get enough information about you, you think you can somehow compromise and exploit. I think the original intent of credit reports was noble, but now can be used for other means and with pirates running rampant no one can get information from your credit report.
