In my credit report contains negative elements that are not mine, but my mother tells me this?

You should contact each three major credit bureaus (you can do online) and get a copy of your credit report (which they are entitled to one free report per year). For each element, which is incorrect, you must file a complaint (which can also do online). It should also indicate a fraud alert "on your account to let others know that you have the same name and Social Security number of another person, so in contact with you to ensure that new accounts have been initiated by you, not your mother.
