How to get a free credit report from Trans Union?
I tried to get a credit report from TransUnion AnnualCreditReport.com and when you are directed to TransUnion site that guides you through a maze of options for Do you find yourself without the free report. Then when you return to the site there AnnualCreditReport A check mark indicates that you have used the free and not be repeated. When I contact TransUnion directly online or call your service is so poor that can not happen. On the phone from the computer can not recognize my e-verbal information and numerical input. The online site directs me to your process. It's like a maze with no exit. All ideas?
