Can someone help me understand my credit?

I received my credit report and my husband. The jargon is confusing for consumers, there someone who can help me understand?

Your credit report is divided into several sections and want to review each section to ensure that information is correct. In the first part of your personal information such as name, date of birth, social security number, address, etc. Make sure this is correct. Then will take place on public records section that lists items such as bankruptcy and lawsuits. Then, according to the Bureau of credit from your account section be divided in the financial accounts of positive and negative reports. Review of this clarification and make sure you agree with the way your accounts are reporting. The last section will deal with requests for information, others see and others do not. The information will remain in your credit report for 2 years, but usually the questions only in the last 12 months digits of your FICO credit score. If in doubt, visit the websites of the issuing credit bureau or www.myfico.com visit for more information on credit scoring and credit. Good luck
