Anyone purchased the Peticure nail filer? The abrasive band (sand paper?) is too…?

One nail actually hung inside the opening that gives access to the filing belt; the machine is noisy,
which upsets the dog. The company will not answer phone calls so that I can get a “RMA #” that
is required to return the kit. I called my credit card company & they will send a letter. I plan to call
the Carrolton, TX BBB to report the company. Has anyone else dealt with Peticure and successfully
returned Peticure? Are there similar, better, products?
