Credit Report Landlord Tenant

credit report landlord tenant
I have a tenant who is habitually late (more than five times), I would like to report to credit bureaus, how?

These tenants are leasing with purchase option, but usually late! Since then they have only paid the rent in full on time twice, I am now confident that it will never be able to get a mortgage. Clean credit reports when interviewed, but I'm convinced that this was because his owner presented above is not late. I would report them to credit agencies, but wary of companies that advertise online. Does anyone know how I can do without compromising my information to an unknown company?

You can not unless we are informed of a member, and if you know how. The only another way is with a court order, once a decision, you can use a collection agency, which may indicate that the account is in collections.
