How I can legally get a month's rent, 13 in my apartment in Arizona?
I do not know the laws here, but have lived in this apartment for 3 months and all I can say is that it is a slum. The apartment has a refrigerator, but it broke two months ago because of all the food I had to throw lose. I'm still waiting for managers to repair or replace the refrigerator. My sliding door will not close, which I mentioned during the walk through, but still not fixed and someone tried to break in a couple of nights. There are many huge cockroaches roaming around my apartment with snakes (one was as big as the palm of my hand.) I asked them to fix the sliding door, but they tell me to block everything on the screen and you should be fine. I told them that they need to fumigate my house and tell me they do every week (yes). I can not live in this hell hole. I used just to save my stuff and sleeping on a couch in a friend. I want out of the lease, I do not want a bad report on my credit. Any advice or direction is appreciated!
2 people call an attorney for the Department of Health, Ministry of Health to inspect his apartment …. and go well and appropriately punish the owner a detailed list of foods that you lost your own … is responsible monetary value. … Depending on your lawyer will tell you about the warranty of habitability … This doctrine says that the house is habitable … and obviously, this apartment not … must be released from his contract and may be worth even more unfortunate that I have listed here … call these two numbers quickly.
