is by mortgage lenders in Massachusetts who will make money without the mortgage?
looking to buy a house in the estate. without money. also have a bankruptcy on my credit report that was released last June
You will not get a mortgage. Recent BK and no money = no mortgage. You will need at least 2 years of maturation of BK, even before being considered for a mortgage. In addition, except where a deposit. You'll have to bring something to the table if you hopes to get a decent rate when you could qualify for a mortgage.
