Credit Report Military
2010

I am a soldier of 16 years and I have a credit raiting 600 to find home.?
I served 16 years and need more than 5 years to retirement, recently, I live in the base have been privatized and are now paying the rent. based on my rank or pay grade im 1700.00 Per month, so now I want to buy a house, I am fully qualified to get my VA loan and I am a first time buyer. I'm looking for a period of 6 Next 10 months. I have some negative marks on my credit report, the most of which were paid at the time of purchase all the negative comments were paid at least four months. can point you in the right direction. I know I have to pay a higher interest rate and make some money. my concern is that I will not be cheated. I really like to buy a new house in my area, but I do not want to spend more than $ 300,000. Even being in the army and I have my certificate of VA loan, what do you think I should put and what percentage, example, if my credit score was 650?
I'm also a veteran of AD 12 years (now in prison) and research to buy a house using the VA loan. I found that a minimum of 580 Fico and credit score and debt ratio should be fine too. If you work with an agent real estate to request the departure of VA "friendly" lenders. Some lenders will try to BS and say it is too much trouble to help you get a loan with the VA, blah, blah, blah, but with the VA loan with no down payment, closing costs included in the final cost of the loan, etc is much too good to pay. Sure to obtain your Certificate of Eligibility VA too. Once you are ready to begin contacting lenders and therefore I suggest you make a copy of your credit report and bring it with you. Why? After 14 days, credit applications not count against you, it is preferable to have a report Credit to you this way, do not throw (and sometimes paid) its report. They also told me that 6.12 months pay good / credit is a boost too. I hope this helps, it's just a bit of information I found while trying to prepare for our VA loan.
