How I can dispute a charge of bank? Send to a third party collector and reports that r on my credit report.?
I opened an account does several months (fun). I knew what I had in my account (I think). When I joined the bank had no overdraft protection indicators included with my new account, but I was able to charge more than they actually had the account. I have not been officially contacted by the bank. I discovered months later when I went to cash a check and refused. I was told to call the bank. I would put money in the account each month (direct deposit). I recently discovered that the account is closed and I was sent to ERS solutions (a nusiance a collection agency). Threaten to send my credit report. Could do that? I have never been reported by letter to everyone. They call and never leave a message or something. They say that I have to secure payment to everything I had. I can do. "I can appeal? If you really want to pay must pay. I do not want this on my credit file. HELP!
Yes they can. It is your responsibility to keep track of your bank account and the balance on a monthly.
