Credit Report Scales
2010

Are the economic problems in the UK being overstated?
We here about it daily in the media, from the government, etc. The phrase “credit crunch” was new to us a few months ago, now we hear it daily.
But travel agents are reporting brisk business. Debenhams report higher than usual sales of bikinis. Do people spend money on holidays when they are penniless? Or is the scale of the problem being overstated?
Taffy, I have worked constantly since leaving school, 18 years, and I am sadly a long way from retirement.
For a lot of the UK the credit crunch has little or no detrimental impact but does have a positive impact.
If you are unemployed or are working and do not use banks (other than to have wages paid into), credit cards or finance, then now is a great time for you.
Low mortgage repayments, cheap food and petrol and closing down sales brings even more bargains.
Am I being unsympathetic for stating the obvious in the face of all those losing fortunes on their investments?
No! I am not, they felt no sympathy for those at the bottom of the ladder when their greedy investments were paying big dividends.
I personally have never been as well off, I dont know if my employment is secure, yet a spell on the dole will probably give me as much in benefits as I make in wages, so now is the time of the “Not so well offs”, and long may it continue.
I still hear people blaming the government for the crisis, yet it is so blatantly obvious that it is the fault of the investors, bankers and share holders.
Even now after being bailed out with our cash, the bankers are still holding the country to ransom.
Nationalise the lot of them, stop giving them our money to recuperate their losses, and stop the short selling policy which has just recently been brought back into the market.
If you are in the same boat as me then enjoy the present financial climate, it wont be long before the greedy uncaring people again take control and pinch all the gravy off your plate.
Enjoy!
