Looking for an apartment with bad credit. The score is 598 and co-signer has brought a great honor.?
When I was 18 a fool and has had problems with credit card. Even with a credit consolidation service credit card, always had a negative impact on my report. Addressed this issue and have raised my score 70 points in the last month and should be in the next month 600. Each account is currently paying and there is never any tax or legal issues. My guarantee is my mother and she has great credit. Do you think you can find one? I should explain my credit to the owner?
Apartment communities vary in how they see credit. Many do not just go by the score, but try to see what kind of credit is negative. If you have any prior evictions or a large number of accounts that are overdue and still have sales, so you can download on that basis. If your score is low, but is paying more, then it does not matter at all and that will most likely find the history of your employment and income. Many apartment communities have begun to use Automatic Scorex and other scoring systems. Basically, the input information such as length of employment, wages, etc pulling of their credit and get a score that determines whether you qualify for an apartment or not. The beauty of this system is that you can have negative items on your credit, even evictions, but other factors such as the balance of treatment, the stars and you are still eligible. However, some notes can serve as a security deposit high. Check with each community and ask how to determine if you qualify. You can not even need his mother as co-signer, and indeed many apartments do not allow endorser who does not live in the apartment anyway. Good luck.
