Revenge on craigslist scammers?
Hey, you guys may or may not have noticed the ridiculous amount of scammers on craigslist.org listing vehicles at super cheap prices, giving some bogus story to suckers talking about how they’re “moving” or “in the air force” or whatever, then scamming people out of their money via fake escrow sites or other forms of online credit card theft. I’m done watching this happen. I’m positive they’re actually knocking innocent people for thousands of dollars every day and it’s really annoying. So I’m out for revenge; does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get them back? I wish I knew how to email a virus but I don’t, and I’m not sure what else I could do besides report the scammers’ email addresses to their providers. Maybe I could play along and give them bogus info then do something, idk. Suggestions?
Don’t sending a virus is illegal and could get you in trouble if you know there scamming people tell the cops.
