How do I report an eviction to a tenant’s credit?
I have filed an eviction / forcible entry with the court. Does this automatically report to the tenant’s credit, or do I need to do something different? The tenant has only rented from me for 2 months and will probably not list me as a reference on applications. The property is in Ohio.
This is for non-payment of rent, damages, the police department sending me letters about drug activity…..and YES, FOR SPITE!
Why would you want to do that? spite?
Anyway, none of my business, but….

there are instructions for reporting….
