Validation of the flow … Is it better to contact the collection agency directly or three credit bureaus?
Hi some collections of old accounts on my credit card, I have not received a letter from them, but I would retired from my credit file … regarding the validation of flow, the best is contact the creditor or the three credit bureaus directly and have preformed research?
If these debts are valid, not deleted. If you do not believe that this is your debt, send a dispute to the credit bureau. If it removed, send a certified copy of a letter of acknowledgment to the request validation collection agency to include copies of contracts or other documents showing that the debt is yours. If you do not respond within 30 days, send another dispute to the credit bureau with a copy of your validation request, indicating that the collector will not validate.
