Another person in debt on my credit report.?
I checked my credit report and there is a bill that was put in my credit report. I never asked for any credit to this company called Cash Call. I called and got the race. I sent a letter of verification of the debt and all what they received was 2 pages, including a fax cover page and the other was another pay stub and your insurance information and address of the house. What I can do, please help
Did you send a dispute to the credit bureau? This should have been the first thing. The debt may show on your credit report due to an error and could have been very easy to adjust. Contacting the recovery agency, you yourself have opened the Pandora's box. Although this is not its debt, which now have at least some of their data this debt problem. You may be plagued attempts to collect every time you sold the account to another collection agency. Store Collector documentation sent you. This shows that the debt is not yours. Probably need in the future. But to get the item deleted from your credit report Simply send a dispute to the credit bureau.
