Does anyone know about the fraud alert?
I ordered a credit report a week and he told me a good credit score of 712. He recommended me to apply for a credit card. Well, when I ask for a credit card is denied. He refused because it can have a fraud alert on my number a fraud alert. You to provide more information to prove they are entitled to apply for credit. If you contact your credit bureau (the one who sent the letter) and inform you apply for credit, then you are asked to fax over certain information so they can inform society about you inquires it is normal that you will receive credit. It's a pain to get approval once it immediately alert the Social Security fraud, but certainly it protects.
