Canceling a credit card and seek reimbursement of expenses?
I got a credit card from Best Buy Reward Zone, and within a month I have not used at all, but had $ 59, $ 15, $ 75 and fees payable thereon. I have not yet activated, sitting in an envelope on my desk. The reason I know these charges because I just received my credit report and it is there, and I also received phone calls. How I can remove this and my expenses back? I paid them due credit for clean my student loans. (I wanted to ask a good procedure before called today and stay calm.)
There is no proper procedure. Call them and you get until you get your way. I'm serious.
