My son SS # is used illegally. Where do I start?
I just received information that two sons of my social security number are used by illegal immigrants for employment. I have your first initial and last name and the names and addresses of their employers. This happened over a year, and called the administration of the SS and underwent other government agencies, (I forget the name now) and they told me basically there was nothing I could do the matter beyond the statement alert 3 credit bureaus, and expenses, as they say. They also told me to buy a system, like life lock. No fair! It should not be able to get away with it! Does anyone have any experience with this? What did you do?
