How I can solve negative items on my credit report that are the result of identity theft?
I lived in a state and someone in the state B (a state I've never visited) used my Social Security number to create an account then your accumulated debt of $ 1000. Have not been paid and was sent at least four different collection agencies. Each credit reporting bureau reported a combination of debt collections, but they differ. I introduced an affidavit of identity theft, but I am unable to file a police report in the state A, because the crime was committed in the state B. I am unable to present A report in the state B, as police reports must be submitted in person. I have included federal and state tax forms from the time of the theft of identity card as proof that I lived in the state B at the moment. I challenged all occurrunces debt to the three credit bureaus, some have removed one or more where objects in the collections, some not. They have not eliminated all the same elements. Is it possible to get the 3 agencies that are consistent with the deduction of points?
