Credit Reports Government Regulations

credit reports government regulations
Does anyone have a handle in terms of spending on federal banking regulation?

I tried to figure out how it is spent in the implementation just the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), which means an army of government lawyers and statisticians but not my MP or my senators may find an answer and does not seem particularly concerned that someone no one knew. I think more money is spent by the lending industry itself in terms of federal government reports and the surveillance and control over what would be needed to fund all loans and denied by the lender for any reason, including fraud and bad, not to mention illegal discrimination. Anyone know how to light a fire in Congress and get a number?

probably millions.
