How do I get a free credit SCORE, not a report?
I know of credit karma. Is there another site like this?
I’m just talking about the actual score, not a credit report. Or am I going to shell out some money for it?

You can get your credit report for free…but not your credit SCORE for free. You will always have to pay for that. annualcreditreport.com has a link if you want to buy that.
You can also buy it at MyFico.com
Any firm offering a free credit score will want your credit card number to sign you up for monthly monitoring.
