Bankruptcy Removed from Credit Report?
I just disputed the vadility of my bankruptcy and they removed it from my credit report for not being able to verify the information. How many points does this generally raise your FICO score?
Credit scoring is proprietary information. The bureaus will not tell Joe Consumer X number of points are taken off for liens, judgments, bankruptcies, collections, etc.
The only thing you could really do is pull a new report with your score and compare it to the old one to see the point difference.
